Finance Manager

Manage the Financial Operations of Ammeraal Beltech Italia in close cooperation with the Site Management, VP Regional Finance and Group Financial Planning and Analysis. Documenting business processes, overseeing the application of accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Support in preparing and formulating annual budgets and reforecast with a focus on maximising profitability and cash-flow. Coordinate and review of all operational reporting processes, weekly sales / forecasting, month end financial reports and other management reports. Support in preparing the materials for the Business Reviews with the Top Management. Requirements Proven track record as a Financial Controller or similar financial position in a larger or similar sized business for 3 to 5 years. Comfortable with working alongside various stakeholders throughout the business. High level financial competence: management of P&L, Balance Sheet, budgets, capital expenditure and development / analysis of business cases. Hands on and prepared to be part of the team to support business changes. A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Italian Mother tongue and English knowledge C1 level. Qualification Level Bachelor’s in business finance, preferable with a Master degree.
