The Business Data Consultant will report to the Operations Planning and System Leader and can be based at any Corteva Seed Production Site (FR, IT, RO, AT, HU, TR, UA). Main Responsibilities Design and plan data integration solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and facilitate seamless data exchange between systems, platforms, and data sources. Perform data mapping, transformation, and modeling activities to ensure compatibility and consistency across integrated systems, adhering to data governance standards. Develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions using tools such as ETL, APIs, middleware, and data platforms, ensuring scalability and performance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data integrations to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability, resolving issues proactively. Document integration processes, data mappings, configurations, and dependencies to support knowledge transfer and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with business goals. Develop and execute test plans to validate data mappings, transformations, and workflows. Manage change requests, version control, and deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to enhance integration capabilities. Location: Any Seed Production Location in Europe LI-AF1 LI-Onsite Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related roles, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing industries. Strong experience in implementing and understanding operations optimization tools. Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Knowledge of SAP, BW, and IBP is a plus. Proficiency with MS Visual Studio, Microsoft Entity Framework, ASP.NET, and VB technologies.
