The resource will support the management of logistics operations for the Marketing Unit, covering day-to-day activities related to stock coordination and logistics network operations. The Logistics Analyst will act as a key stakeholder in the Southern Europe Cluster Logistics Team, contributing to strategic development and implementation. Activities & Responsibilities Achieve Performance KPIs, e.g., cost, service, delivery performance, safety Deliver specified annual savings and performance goals (safety, logistics costs, OTIF, transportation, carrier and warehouse performance, customs KPIs) Consolidate depots and suppliers Build and maintain effective supplier relationships Implement process standardization across the Cluster team Ensure project, change, and operational activities are completed consistently and in a coordinated manner Adopt common performance measures and reporting standards Qualifications We seek a change professional capable of motivating and inspiring teams to meet challenging targets. The candidate should develop effective working relationships internally and externally, possess strong communication skills to express ideas clearly at all levels, and have a proactive approach with a desire for continuous improvement.
