Key Responsibilities: Department Leadership: Oversee the growth and development of the CQV department, including recruitment, training, and mentoring of engineers. Project Execution: Manage the delivery of CQV projects across Italy and Europe, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations. Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and external consultants, overseeing assignments and contract management. Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships. Process Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement of CQV procedures in accordance with current guidelines and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Over 12 years of experience in commissioning and qualification within pharmaceutical facilities. Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Familiarity with GxP, ISPE, and ASTM E2500 standards. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across Italy and Europe.
