The successful candidate will work on projects for major national and international clients, primarily in the Telco and Media sectors. Your responsibilities include: Guiding clients in defining solutions aligned with their needs, participating in digital transformation and innovation projects. Designing Customer Engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, following best practices for reusing standard product features. Implementing and deploying new functionalities within Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies. Ideal candidate profile: 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, PVA). Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement family and Microsoft Power Platform components. Programming experience with the Microsoft .NET framework. Certifications in related technologies and experience with medium/high complexity projects on cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform are preferred.
