JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings to customers, position Future’s value add, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities. What the role involves: Develop and implement global strategies and site tactics in conjunction with regional and branch personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at customer sites. Collaborate with management to set, monitor, and drive sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections. Implement key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales success within the last five years in electronic distribution, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes with measurable design achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
