Public Sector Business Analyst [Consulting] DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Public Sector Business Analyst to join our DXC Consulting team. Responsibilities Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues, and proposing solutions. Document and design processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, increase throughput, and lower costs. Contribute to developing and transforming client business and IT strategies. Create roadmaps illustrating current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') customer environments. Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work, and other deliverables with clear, professional writing. Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, workshops, and proposals. Support and coach clients to focus on their success. Identify risks and assumptions, and contribute to program governance. Participate in large digital transformation projects with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics. Previous experience in Management Consulting, specifically in the Public Sector. Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (oral and written). Strong relational and analytical skills, goal-oriented, team player, with excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. Work Location: Rome (RM) with remote work options.
