We are looking for a senior consultant/consultant to join Deloitte's Financial Crime FS team in Milan or Rome, working in a hybrid mode. The Financial Crime FS business specializes in control activities in areas such as anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, international sanctions, fraud risk management, anti-bribery & corruption, market abuse, and third-party risk management. Your Role The experienced resource will be part of a team and will be responsible for: Conducting assessments, gap analysis, and identifying gaps in AML/CFT compliance with current laws and regulations; Performing organizational evaluations of control models in AML/CFT and international sanctions, and designing/reviewing target operating models adopted by obligated entities; Winning Requirements Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or equivalent; Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and international sanctions; Familiarity with tools supporting AML/CFT and sanctions controls; Strong understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions activities, including customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and analysis of suspicious activities; Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Financial Crime certifications such as CAMS, CGSS, CCAS, or a Master’s in Compliance/AML are preferred.
