This is a part-time, contract role. Are you an independent sales training facilitator who is fluent in Italian and English and is looking to align with a proven, time-tested sales methodology infused across a wide and deep portfolio of training offerings? We are seeking dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation and who have experience delivering engaging learning in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services. This role involves crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in Italy, with potential global engagements. Your main focus will be to drive transformation and results for learners and clients through tailored content and RAIN Group IP via training, coaching, and reinforcement, using various delivery mediums. Role Highlights: You will partner with clients and internal teams to execute program delivery, tailoring content, facilitating sessions, coaching, and reinforcement. Responsibilities include: Driving client transformation and results through world-class programming Project managing client engagements for seamless execution on time and budget Mastering IP knowledge and serving as an IP expert Achieving KPIs for client feedback on programming and facilitation Collaborating with internal teams for project success Maintaining professional communication Supporting sales and large-scale projects as needed Providing feedback to internal teams Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies: Successful candidates are curious, creative, and energetic, with a solid understanding of adult learning and experiential techniques.
