The role involves coding, testing, design, and architecture of mobile applications. Required Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile app development Excellent knowledge of Flutter framework and native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) languages Familiarity with development patterns (Bloc, Cubit, Observable, MVP, MVVM) Knowledge of Reactive Programming paradigms (RxSwift or RxAndroid) Understanding of security, performance, and accessibility best practices Experience as a team leader in medium-complexity projects Good command of English Automation Experience in writing unit and integration tests, TDD Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Experience with branching strategies (Git, gitflow) Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools Soft Skills Propose multiple solutions to business challenges, even with unclear requirements Share knowledge and mentor colleagues, including juniors Work within Agile methodologies Location We are looking for profiles in the following cities: Milan, Turin, Treviso, Bologna, Pisa, Rome, Naples, Bari, and Cosenza.
