Oracle ERP Governance & Security Ops Leader Join to apply for the Oracle ERP Governance & Security Ops Leader role at Baker Hughes Role Overview The Oracle ERP Governance & Security Ops (GovSecOps) leader is responsible for overseeing ERP user access management, change management, and security compliance activities. The leader interacts with Digital Technology, Business, and Compliance stakeholders to align on security solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead a team managing Oracle ERP account lifecycle, access provisioning, and role design. Maintain MyAccess (Saviynt) for user provisioning and role management. Execute SOX controls related to change application access and segregation of duties. Manage access requests, approval, and provisioning processes. Oversee automated Identity & Governance solutions. Drive role standardization for least privilege access. Remediate security findings and streamline SAST scanning. Governance Operations Ensure Oracle ERP Change Control Board processes and improve change management practices. Partner with Incident and Configuration Management teams for proper process integration. Manage release and deployment processes for Oracle ERPs. Own SOX controls linked to change management and access. Monitor Oracle ERP license utilization. Qualifications Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field. 10 years experience in Cyber Security, ERP systems, and SOX Compliance. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
