We are a global leader in BESS solutions that support business growth and community development. Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and meet sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, work with technical teams, and deliver presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with legal and finance teams. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and project teams, provide market feedback, and participate in meetings. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology and complex sales cycles. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Technical knowledge of energy storage applications. Experience with project financing or sales in renewable energy. Knowledge of energy policies, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build trust and credibility. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Availability to travel. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
