You will play a key role in managing the company’s loan agreements, derivatives, bank deposits, and credit lines, while also contributing to interest rate risk management and corporate finance optimization. Key Responsibilities Support the Finance Team in the negotiation, arrangement, and finalization of Bank loan agreements and Derivative contracts with hedging counterparties Manage and maintain the loan and derivatives portfolio contracts, including both physical and digital records Calculate covenants and manage regular reporting to financing institutions in line with contractual obligations Monitor financial markets and develop proposals for innovative financing and hedging solutions Oversee key treasury activities such as: Loan and credit line rollovers, Interest and principal payments on loans and derivatives. , Intercompany loan and deposit interest calculations, Intercompany guarantees and fee calculations, Local liquidity management Ensure accuracy of quarterly bank confirmations on derivatives (Mark-to-Market) Prepare clear reports and visualizations related to the Italian financial portfolio (LTV, hedging ratios, maturity schedule, interest rates trends, etc.) Assist the Country Controller with budgeting and forecasting activities Qualifications and Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in a structured finance department (bank or financial institution) or a finance department of a real estate or multinational company Fluency in English (written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset Team player with a flexible, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility J-18808-Ljbffr
