It serves both local and international markets, exporting to over 150 countries. Be a part of our journey as we work on the renowned Acqua Panna brand. Join our team as HR Business Partner at the iconic Acqua Panna factory in Scarperia (Firenze)! Position Snapshot At least 5 years of experience in HR; previous experience in an HRBP role is a plus; Mandatory previous experience in a Factory setting; Employee Relations acumen and knowledge of employment law are essential; Knowledge of Education & Training, factory setup, and Total Performance Management methodology; Fluent in Italian and English. Position Summary The HR Business Partner is responsible for the people agenda within a specific factory, driving the creation and implementation of people plans aligned with the business objectives. Recognized as the expert in People Performance & HR by the customer unit, representing the complete HR Service/Value Chain for the specific unit and contributing to the company's representation in the territory. A day in the life of Factory HR Business Partner Contribute to executing the business plan through developing and implementing People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. Support short and long-term organizational needs to gain competitive advantage. Drive flawless execution of HR initiatives, coordinate workforce planning, and engage with local stakeholders, considering territory, social impact, and sustainability: Recruitment tailored to local needs with territory-specific projects; Foster a win-win approach with work councils for sustainability; Engage with local government representatives; Promote safety initiatives and shared responsibility; Ensure performance and talent management align with business goals; Implement succession planning and talent development; Utilize tools effectively for performance improvement; Coach on Total Rewards principles and policies; Build effective relationships with managers, employees, and representatives; Promote a productive, open, safe, and equitable work culture; Ensure HR compliance and participate in cross-functional HR teams to improve practices.
