JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Gi Group - Junior Project Manager Gi Group, the leading Italian employment agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 HR professionals, is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a prominent logistics leader. The successful candidate will primarily manage various projects in the shipping and transportation sector. Responsibilities include overseeing documentation, supporting contract negotiations, and coordinating project activities. Responsibilities Manage the project lifecycle from analysis to implementation, monitoring KPIs and performance; Plan material deliveries and coordinate team operations according to client deadlines; Regularly monitor project progress through reporting, KPI analysis, and data review; Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations; Coordinate with suppliers, clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, or related fields; Experience, even brief, in technical or project management roles, preferably in transport, logistics, or international shipping; Good command of English; Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel; Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
