JOB PURPOSE The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase market share through sales and demand creation. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to demonstrate our value proposition and position Future Electronics as a leading partner. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement global strategies and site tactics in collaboration with regional teams to increase revenue and gross profit margin. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional strategies to foster growth, maintaining relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities. Coordinate with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets, aiming to outperform industry growth projections. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments at each customer site. Provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly to inquiries regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Proven sales success in electronics distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes with a record of achieving design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to achieve results. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
