Job Responsibilities: Perform consulting services for Business Central projects in areas such as documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking. Work with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support during implementation. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, interact with project teams, and represent the company in client contact. Configure, customize, and test systems based on customer requirements. Develop and assist with academy-led training, including content and expertise. Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications. Support end-user and system administrator training remotely. Adhere to best practices in configuration, programming, and documentation. Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study. Identify and recommend process improvements, methodologies, and best practices. Participate in company trainings and obtain certifications as necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of D365 Business Central (BC) or NAV implementation experience. Full lifecycle experience with core finance or operations modules. Experience working in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm. Experience with multiple add-ons or ISVs, such as InsightWorks, Multi-Entity Management (MEM), etc. Ability to build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.
