Job Description

Role: Human Resources Manager San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position at the San Clemente Palace Hotel in Venice. The HR Manager will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. They will also participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the hotel's HR strategy. Qualifications Skills in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations Experience in the hospitality industry Knowledge of training, compliance, and labor laws Project management and strategic planning abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with HR software and systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field About San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice The hotel is a historic landmark with 900 years of heritage, featuring restored monastery buildings, a 12th-century chapel, and extensive gardens with panoramic views of Venice.
