Leveraging the power of quantified imaging data and AI, we aim to make precision medicine a reality. The Business Development Manager in Italy will participate in our regional commercial operations, attending top medical conferences, growing client business with hospitals by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team. The role involves cross-team collaboration within Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing departments. Responsibilities: Outbound lead generation (events, emailing, social networks) using digital tools. Serve as the first point of contact for new potential clients. Collaborate with the Business Development Director to expand the Italian market. Implement business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in Italy. Follow up on opportunities throughout the sales cycle, up to closing. Provide ongoing feedback to improve commercial processes. Engage with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers in Italy for new AI imaging technologies. Attend medical conferences and conduct outreach to radiologists and clinicians. You will be our ideal candidate if you have: 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry. Excellent communication skills, including conducting effective sales and business meetings, and delivering professional pitches. Advanced proficiency in English. Experience working in an international environment. Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy regularly.
