LEGAL COUNSEL In this position, you will provide optimal support for our Global Legal & Compliance Director in all related matters. Provide practical legal guidance on commercial contracts, leases, supplier agreements (with focus on Austrian manufacturing operations), and retail-related compliance matters. Provide ongoing corporate governance support for an Austrian listed company, including shareholders/board meeting preparation, public disclosures/filings, and maintenance of corporate records. Legal advice and process management for court and arbitration proceedings. Responsibility for issues related to the General Data Protection Regulation (Data Protection Officer responsibilities). Routine management of various insurance policies. General office organization including file management, contract and document management, filing, and deadline monitoring. Coordinate with external lawyers, regulators, and authorities. Your Profile: Austria-qualified lawyer. 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with Austrian corporate laws; experience in Austrian listed companies is a plus. Proficiency in German; English proficiency; Italian language skills are a plus but not required. Knowledge of MS Office. In-house legal experience in a luxury fashion or retail company is preferred. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills. Structured and independent working style.
