Achieve sales objectives related to product mix by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Hanwha Product Management team to ensure optimal product positioning. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue. Support Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on product information. Increase project pipeline and revenue from existing customers and develop new customer relationships. Report weekly on sales and project progress, perform customer audits, and analyze market segmentation and positioning. Contribute ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events. Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in a business development or sales role within a demanding environment. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, especially solutions for end users and consultants/specifiers. Ability to independently understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals. Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and Networking channels and customers. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential. Good understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or Technical Degree (advantageous). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market and brand recognition. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team-oriented approach. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
