Responsibilities We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential. The main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and meet sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends; work with technical teams for solutions. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and collaborate with legal and finance teams. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams; provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology. Proven ability in managing complex sales and contracts. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Technical knowledge of energy storage applications. Experience with project financing or sales in renewable energy. Familiarity with energy policies and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to build trust and credibility. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Availability to travel. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
