PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST We are seeking a Product Management Specialist to report to the Product Management Manager. The role involves supporting production planning and forecasting, managing stock levels, overseeing commercial activities, and coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure on-time deliveries. Responsibilities: Correspondence and drafting commercial offers Product analysis Drafting product budgets and sales estimates Developing existing customer relationships Preparing and maintaining relevant product management reports Collaborating with Operations and S&OP to align department needs Reviewing historical sales trends Analyzing item turnover Monitoring production lead times in coordination with Production Planning Conducting cost structure analysis Performing price analysis Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, PCT, Biology/Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field 2-3 years of experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical role Ability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate commercial solutions Understanding of economic and financial indicators Languages: Native Italian and proficient English (used daily with international counterparts) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to prioritize Willingness to learn, with a broad project perspective and operational focus Excellent negotiation, organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, challenging environment The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer management abilities, and the capacity to identify issues and meet deadlines assertively.
