Achieve sales objectives through market analysis, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth. Develop strategic sales plans regularly, collaborating with the Product Management team to position Hanwha products effectively. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. Engage in end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and ensure customers are updated with product information. Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer projects, and report weekly on sales and progress. Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Focus on product/channel/customer margins and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Achieve all sales budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in a business development or sales role, especially in demanding environments. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals independently. Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and Networking channels and potential clients. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Clean driving license. Location: This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within Italy, primarily in South Italy, with potential travel outside Italy.
