Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The Sales Specialist will drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, work with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and collaborate with legal and finance teams. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams, and provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology. Proven sales cycle management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Knowledge of grid-scale and behind-the-meter energy storage applications. Experience with renewable energy project financing or sales. Familiarity with energy policies and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build trust with customers and partners. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
