We specialize in tissue profiling across body parts and imaging modalities, developing novel quantitative imaging biomarkers to analyze disease mechanisms, advancing drug discovery, and monitoring treatment progress. Our goal is to make precision medicine a reality through the power of quantified imaging data and AI. The Business Development Manager in Italy will support our regional commercial operations by attending top medical conferences, growing client relationships with hospitals, generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will be part of the global sales team and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include: Outbound lead generation via events, emailing, and social networks using digital tools. Acting as the first point of contact for new potential clients. Supporting the Italian market expansion alongside the BD Director. Executing business development and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Italy. Following up on opportunities throughout the sales cycle to closing. Providing feedback to improve commercial processes and team success. Collaborating on new AI imaging technologies with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers in Italy. Attending medical conferences and conducting outreach to radiologists and clinicians. You will be our ideal candidate if you have: Over 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry. Excellent communication skills, including effective sales and presentation abilities. Advanced English proficiency. Experience working in an international environment. Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy regularly. Integrity and passion for precision medicine, innovative research, and AI.
