Responsibilities We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading BESS manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth through opportunity identification, customer relationship management, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, are essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with legal and finance teams. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams, and provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related fields. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems. Strong understanding of BESS technology. Proven sales cycle management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Technical knowledge of energy storage applications. Experience with renewable energy project financing or sales. Knowledge of energy policies and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build trust and credibility. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Willingness to travel.
