The Payments Orchestra & Hub team is responsible for building, maintaining, and promoting growth of Digital Payments solutions: Ecommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channel reconciliation, and financial balancing. You will manage day-to-day opportunities to scale and improve our digital payments solutions, requiring business and functional analysis and PMO skills. You will interact daily with internal and external stakeholders to support new projects and product features development. As Product Tech Secure Payments, you will work with other Fabrick teams across the EU, including Product Owners, Managers, Delivery Managers, Tech Analysts, and Commercial teams. Interaction with international teams is essential, as your scope includes digital payments across the EU. Main scope: Secure Payments Execute formal certification of 3DS services according to card schemes Manage implementation and enhancements of 3DS rules and protocols per card schemes Guarantee PCI compliance with maintenance and improvements in collaboration with security teams Develop integrated risk & fraud services with external providers (Riskified) Analyze and define requirements for secure payments projects Validate functional analysis with Tech teams Activities Manage functional analysis and requirements documentation Prepare and document analysis activities (gap, preliminary, detailed, impact analysis) Supervise test planning, test case definition, and user acceptance testing Gain hands-on experience by analyzing, defining, and proposing enhancements to existing or new payment processes, reports, and applications to optimize business effectiveness Assist with ad-hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business-related field 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Payment industry Experience delivering Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is a plus Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Collaborative approach and willingness to learn Experience working effectively across organizational levels is a plus Creative problem-solving skills and solution development ability Strong interest and passion for the Payment Industry, including new payment methods and business needs for Large Corporates J-18808-Ljbffr
