Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated with product info. Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer projects, and report weekly on sales progress. Analyze existing customers, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting. Achieve budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals. Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and Networking channels. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or Technical Degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact the market positively. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated, with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Clean driving license. Additional Details: This is a field-based role, with a preference for candidates residing in the Milan area or South Italy. The role involves extensive travel within Italy and possibly outside Italy.
