Mission The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for executing and leading projects, ensuring completion of deliverables within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. The Project Manager manages relationships among the client, RINA, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, balancing demands and expectations to ensure project success. They are also responsible for acquiring and managing resources efficiently to meet project objectives. Key Accountabilities Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently; Coordinate and strategize project management assignments; Generate and distribute project documents and instructions from planning to invoicing; Organize and manage workload and schedules of field/technical personnel; Support and assess the performance of technical staff; Ensure accurate data entry into RINA systems following procedures; Maintain compliance with RINA QHSE Management Systems; Monitor project revenues and profitability; Collaborate with Business Development in commercial activities; Participate in client meetings. Qualifications 3 years of experience managing teams on projects of moderate size/complexity or multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope; Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; Engineering understanding: ability to collaborate with engineers, incorporate engineering calculations into plans; Team management: experience in leading project teams, task assignment, motivation, and management; Software skills: proficiency in project management tools, familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
