The Role The successful candidate will identify and assess company risks, develop preventive and protective measures, and ensure employees receive adequate safety training. They will serve as the point of contact for the employer and external entities, aiming to create a safe and compliant working environment. Responsibilities Identify risk factors, evaluate risks, and determine safety and health measures in accordance with current regulations and organizational knowledge. Implement, within their competence, prevention and protection measures and control systems. Develop safety procedures for various company activities. Manage worker information and training programs. Participate in safety and hygiene consultations and periodic meetings. Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and attend inspections by authorities (fire brigade, local health authority, environmental agencies, INAIL, etc.). Organize and update documentation related to various authorizations in accordance with legal and company procedures. Ideal Candidate Knowledge of fire safety, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations. Understanding of environmental regulations. Diploma or degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Management Engineering. Ability to read technical drawings and layouts. Certification through legal courses.
