Job Description

Job Responsibilities We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals eager to join our European Supply Planning team. The role involves defining mid- to long-term finished products plans for our factories by combining commercial forecasts, production capacity, and stock levels/rotation to create a sustainable production plan in terms of costs and procurement, while satisfying market demands. Main Responsibilities: Finished Products Planning from internal Production Feasibility Analysis of the Sales Forecast Request included in the Planning Book Feasibility Analysis of Extra Forecast Requests Define, in collaboration with the Supply Planning Coordinator, the Finished Products Production Plan for the Work Centers to be scheduled Monitor the results of the planning program regarding: Occupation of Production Capacity at 100% Compliance with factory constraints Adherence to the commercial mix Compliance with Stock Policy Pre-production quotas Release to Production Planning of the weekly schedule including: Work Center Finished Product Code Quantity to be produced Scheduled production week Perform volume consistency checks Job Profile Qualifications and Knowledge: MSc in Management or Industrial Engineering, preferably with international experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus Fluent in English Skills, Capabilities, and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with flexibility in managing cultural diversity Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach Attention to detail and accuracy Data analysis skills Willingness to travel J-18808-Ljbffr
