This role involves managing a team of sales specialists in Italy and Germany, developing strategic sales plans with the Regional Sales Director, and building strong relationships with key CA customers and stakeholders in these regions. Main responsibilities include: Participating in defining the Regional Sales strategy, targets, and budget, in coordination with the Regional Sales Director. Achieving and exceeding CA sales targets and revenue goals within the designated regions. Increasing market share by identifying and capturing new CA business opportunities. Maintaining strong relationships with existing CA customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Acquiring new CA customers and expanding the customer base, including participation in trade shows and networking activities. Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, setting objectives, and coordinating with Sales Specialists. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Operations. Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities. Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Supporting change management initiatives and implementing new strategies and procedures. Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales specialists and inside sales personnel. Education and Experience Requirements Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred. At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in electro-chemistry, with at least 10 years in sales roles within the EMEAI region. Strong technical knowledge of the CA market and industry trends. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent leadership and multicultural team management skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
