Facility: cleaning, sanitization, green maintenance, and fire system management. Job Description: We are seeking professionals to join our security team at our new location in Mantova (MN). The role involves guarding, controlling, and surveilling properties and their surroundings, including: Monitoring and safeguarding assets and properties (shops, offices, supermarkets, commercial premises, etc.); Regulating flow of vehicles, goods, and people; Controlling access points and inspecting internal and external areas; Supervising main entrances and exits to ensure overall safety. Requirements: Excellent command of the Italian language; Previous experience in similar roles is preferred; High professional standing; Valid B driver’s license and own transportation; Residence or domicile near the workplace. The ideal candidate has some experience in non-armed surveillance, portering, or guarding, and maintains a discreet and polite demeanor. Benefits: Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment, level E, under the Private Security Ccnl, including 14 monthly payments; Full-time hours, rotating shifts Monday to Friday, from 4:00 to 23:30, with weekly rotation; overtime and occasional Saturdays may be requested by the client.
