MAIN ACTIVITIES We are seeking a talented and highly motivated person, interested in the digital world at 360 degrees, willing to bring her/his own skills within the team and to gain further knowledge and skills related to frontend design development of web-based solutions, with involvement in: Frontend architectural creation, technical design and activities estimations related to development of web-based solutions for our clients; Proposals preparation. Within the company’s RD&I activities the SW Engineer will take part in the preparation of technical proposals. REQUIREMENTS Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; Up to three (or more) years’ experience in: Defining UX with no-code tools (like Figma) to quickly get feedback from users; Developing and maintaining web applications using Angular with focus on performance, modularity, and code reusability; Defining and implementing UX/UI solutions that provide an optimal user experience; Integrating RESTful APIs to ensure smooth and efficient communication between frontend and backend; System design architecture and integration for IT projects; Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification processes. Good technical skillset: Required : experience in creating modern, intuitive user interfaces with a focus on UX/UI design; Required : experience in HTML5, Tailwind, CSS3; Required : experience with git; Welcomed : knowledge of MySQL (or other DBMS); Welcomed : knowledge of NoSQL databases; Welcomed : experience in agile teams; Welcomed : knowledge of Spring Framework; Welcomed : experience with development, project management, and team communication tools such as Gitlab, Jira, Trello (or Asana), Slack; Welcomed : experience in developing web and advertising creative content (landing pages, mini sites, responsive HTML5 banners); Welcomed : knowledge of ML algorithms; Knowledge of testing and validation activities; Good teamworking, communication, and interpersonal skills; Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail; Good knowledge of English and experience in drafting project documentation.
