Regional Sales Manager South Eastern Europe Exide Group appcast.io Exide Technologies is a leading provider of advanced energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial markets. For its Balkan countries market (specifically the SEE Region: Adria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, and Malta), Exide is looking for a Regional Sales Manager South Eastern Europe to be responsible for maintaining and nurturing solid relationships with key clients that generate the most income, and for developing sales and all related activities to define and target key or strategic customers. The role involves utilizing company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve long-term client goals and attract new clients. Responsibilities include: Ensuring sales results in terms of revenue, profit (contribution, customer EBIT/P&L), and cash flow (DSO and over-dues) within the designated accounts, brands, or areas. Developing profitable sales to key clients for primary, secondary brands, and private labels. Contributing to medium and long-term objectives by proposing organizational changes to optimize channels. Analyzing market trends, distribution channels, and competitors. Contributing to pricing strategies, customer satisfaction goals, and logistics planning within the scope of a 2-year plan and customer marketing programs. Communicating effectively with field sales, customer service, sales administration, and area managers, and reporting regularly on account performance to management. Requirements: Academic Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energetic Engineering, or Economics. Alternative educational backgrounds will be considered if supported by relevant experience. At least 5 years of sales experience in a Tier-1 company within the Automotive Aftermarket, with a good understanding of the market. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional regional languages are a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer orientation, results-driven approach, high accountability, self-organization, and business acumen.
