Here you will be encouraged to act as a leader, find innovative solutions, share your ideas and accept these new exciting challenges: Lead R&D sourcing activities and processes during new product development; Support the achievement of supplier Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets and execute Sourcing and Procurement actions in each project; Present TCO analysis to support data-driven supplier award decisions, collecting and analyzing part and mold cost breakdowns; Support each checkpoint with detailed BOM direct cost analysis, highlighting main gaps to CT, and escalate critical cost increases to the global procurement organization; Apply commodity sourcing strategy for project components; Conduct make-or-buy analysis; Schedule and coordinate prototyping of tools and product samples (Alpha, Beta, and Pilot builds), ensuring suppliers meet OTD commitments; Ensure all project checkpoint phases are closed on time; Manage supplier tooling for NPD projects (mould negotiations, mold cost breakdown analysis, confirmation of possession of Datasensing materials); Implement technical saving initiatives. Your skills will be valued along with the following expertise: Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or High School diploma with relevant experience in sourcing & procurement within complex organizations. MCIPS or Master’s degree is a plus; At least 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Project Sourcing, or Procurement in Electronic, Industrial, or Automotive fields; Languages: Italian, English (business fluent); Ability to interact technically with R&D teams; Ability to define and implement commodity strategies; Experience with contracts and supplier agreements; Precision, analytical thinking, excellent timing, and priority management; Excellent team player and collaborative style in an international environment; Strong Excel skills; Good technical knowledge of mechanical parts and electronics components, PCB knowledge is a plus; Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
