Summary The role of Project/Process Engineer offers a great opportunity to join our Opex and Manufacturing engineering team and play a key role in achieving company goals. Thisiswhere you can grow! What you'll be doing Lead the strategic project portfolio of the OpEx & Manufacturing engineering department to bring technological innovation to production areas, optimize existing plants and systems, enhance equipment capacity, and reduce costs. Support the Manufacturing Engineering team in evaluating feasibility related to new investments and initiatives following the Site Strategic Improvement Plan (SSIP). Establish and maintain proper communication flow with stakeholders by providing regular updates, organizing, and leading project reviews; manage project deadlines, costs, and scope using appropriate tools (WBS, Gantt, S-curves, etc.) and effectively handle risks, issues, and change requests. Prepare user requirements and translate them into project documents: P&ID, layouts, datasheets, mechanical and electrical-instrumentation work requisitions. Coordinate with suppliers to align design and field activities, and facilitate technical and financial negotiations for procurement. Collaborate with HSE and QA departments to ensure project deliverables meet safety and quality standards. Supervise installation and qualification activities of new lines, equipment, and systems. Work with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to support continuous improvement by enhancing OEE, optimizing layouts, and reducing waste. Contribute to deploying the company's Operational Excellence system on site. Collaborate with the global OpEx and engineering network to implement best practices and share knowledge and lessons learned. What you'll bring MD in Engineering (preferably mechanical, automation, electronic, biomedical, etc.). PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is highly valued. 2-3 years experience as a process engineer, preferably within relevant industrial production environments. Experience in project delivery with budget management, including capital projects involving production and utilities systems. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of MS Office, Project, 3D (AutoCAD), and statistical software (Minitab, JMP). Good understanding of Lean manufacturing tools. Result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills. Flexible, proactive, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
