Position Summary In collaboration with the EU market team, this position is responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading sales activities within designated industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting rentals, virtual applications, primarily related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies for assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities, generating leads, and meeting or exceeding targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to expand sales. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel regularly to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, promoting the Absen brand and coordinating with distributors. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers. Gather and transfer feedback from field activities to HQ, covering product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly activity and quarterly industry reports. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project execution. Other Duties Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management within the industrial product sector, preferably in AV. Over 3 years of project-related experience in sales, marketing, or product management. Skills and Knowledge Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language Requirements Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
