For more information, please visit www.infovista.com The Role & Team: InfoVista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position offers significant opportunities for reward and growth. As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will develop sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhance existing client relationships, and develop new business with prospective clients. The candidate will need a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases. This role requires building credibility with customers on service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies, navigating within customer organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, and becoming their trusted advisor. The goal is to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will leverage sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, focusing on sales goals. Profile: Sales Skills: Strong drive for results and targets Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions Experience closing deals above €1m Ability to develop key strategies for territory and key accounts Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and Senior Management Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal Ability to communicate technical concepts to all organizational levels Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and coordinating internal resources Team selling skills, proactive communication with presales, product management, R&D, and professional services Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions Knowledge of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations Personal Skills and Know-How: Strategic thinking, process setup, and complex deal management Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma Assertiveness in defending company standards and interests Prioritization and adaptability in a dynamic environment Excellent organizational skills and project management ability Experience: 7 years building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including senior executives Proven track record selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions Experience closing deals and meeting quotas Existing relationships with CSP leaders at companies like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange Willingness to travel up to 50% Why Infovista?
