Position Summary This role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for the coordination, management, and leadership of sales activities in assigned industries, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects, including corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting, virtual applications, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to expand sales. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Make business trips to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Stay informed of new products, services, and industry information of interest to customers. Gather and transfer feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly activity and quarterly industry situation reports. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management in the industrial or AV industry. At least 3 years’ experience in projects related to the markets for this role, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills. Strong client orientation, problem-solving ability, and product delivery focus. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language: Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
