The candidate should carry out the following activities: Interface with Client representatives regarding QA/QC matters. Coordinate QA/QC Engineers, officers, Coordinators, and Inspectors in the field. Collaborate with the Procurement Department to review procured material ITPs. Follow up on Material Inspection Activities with project Expeditors. Ensure compliance with Client requirements for activities and the QA/QC Management System. Coordinate and conduct (or assign resources to perform) basic QA/QC training. Develop and produce documentation related to QA/QC in the scope of work activities, such as: Project Quality Plan / Objectives (with support/approval of Corporate Quality Management) QA/QC procedures, Method Statements (QA/QC Part), and Quality Control Plan (QCP). Develop Audit Plans and monitor the proper development of welding activities by overseeing the Project Welding Coordinator/Engineer. Implement corporate guidelines related to reporting, feedback, auditing, and inspections. Ensure proper collection of records to support mechanical completion and include QA/QC documentation in the Project Final Dossier. Requirements: The candidate should have: A bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical) or related discipline from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of project experience in the oil/gas industry. At least five (5) years of experience as a QA/QC Manager. Technical certifications such as ASNT, AWS, or ASQ. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for Quality Management Systems, with the ability to develop, maintain, and implement a QMS in accordance with these standards. Experience on large-scale oil & gas and/or petrochemical capital/EPC projects. Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills. J-18808-Ljbffr
