For more information, please visit www.infovista.com The Role & Team: Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, relationship-building abilities, and experience in complex sales cycles. The role offers significant opportunities for reward and growth. The Account Director for Service Providers will be responsible for developing regional sales for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and acquiring new business. The candidate should have a proactive approach to acquiring new clients and expanding current accounts, leveraging their background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and trust with customers, partners, and prospects. This role involves engaging with various levels within customer organizations to become a trusted advisor, driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional Services to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will utilize their sales experience to win business in competitive situations, focusing on achieving sales targets. Profile: Sales Skills: Strong drive for results and targets Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or similar OSS solutions Proven success closing deals above €1m Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts Extensive industry experience and relationships with C-Level and senior management Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging all organizational levels Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and coordinating internal resources Team-oriented selling, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions Understanding of the CSP market, including network engineering, optimization, and operations Personal Skills and Know-How: Strategic thinking and process development Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and vision Ability to inspire and motivate others Assertiveness to uphold company standards Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-changing environment Excellent organizational skills and project management ability Experience: 7 years managing customer/vendor relationships, including with senior executives Proven track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions Strong software sales skills Successful deal closure and quota achievement Existing relationships with senior CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange) Willingness to travel up to 50% Why Infovista?
