PROPOSAL MANAGER - Aerospace Industry - Permanent Contract Luogo: Torino Azienda: ManpowerGroup Manpower is looking for an Aerospace Company for the position of PROPOSAL MANAGER - COST ENGINEER. Main Responsibilities: Support the Bid Manager and Capture Leader in preparing internal documentation for Gates approval. Assist in the preparation and writing of proposals and associated documentation. Identify customer selection criteria and hot buttons. Verify the compliance status of all proposal elements and ensure the proposal schedule is respected. Identify and set up the supply chain for the project. Follow the proposal template, list of annexes, and documentation aligned with customer requests and sales policy. Support the preparation of Storyboard and Mockups. Ensure the proposal schedule is maintained. Support Red Team organization, manage feedback, and reworking activities. Assist in defining terms and conditions in the offer/contract, including payment plans and deliverables. Manage cost consolidation techniques. Support cost engineering efforts related to design to cost. Skills: Engineering or Economic education. High proficiency in English writing.
