As part of our Talent Acquisition plan, we are looking to hire within the Zuora Team a Solution Architect specializing in Billing, Revenue & Subscription solutions . The Solution Architect will design solutions tailored to client needs, testing and integrating the most suitable and innovative systems, collaborating with both IT teams and company executives. Responsibilities include providing strategic support to define the most efficient architectural solutions in both project planning and supporting Business & Sales areas. Develop technical solutions to meet client needs. Design and implement solutions using best practices in Billing & Subscription systems, API architecture, and integration with external systems. Design SaaS integrations with ERP, accounting, provisioning, portals, and CRM systems. Deep understanding of billing architecture, with preferred systems being Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, SAP. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Billing & Payment solutions. Previous experience as a business analyst and/or developer in IT, preferably in Billing & Payment processes. Knowledge of subscription business models and related architectures. Understanding of general accounting concepts, electronic invoicing, and taxation. Familiarity with Zuora Subscription & Monetization Suite. Experience in creating architectural documentation (e.g., Architectural Blueprints, Flow Diagrams). Ability to design processes/solutions based on client requirements. Interest in cloud platforms. Strong relationship-building skills to manage technical and commercial interactions with clients. Problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English. Comfort with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Certifications as Solution Architect in Zuora (Billing 101, 201, 301; Revenue 101, 201, 301). Knowledge or certifications in Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Knowledge of Stripe Billing.
