Lead React.js Developer

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Lead (React JS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in building scalable, reusable, and modular frontend components. The candidate should have a deep understanding of web components, accessibility (a11y), and frontend performance optimization. Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of at least 3 developers. Develop and maintain high-quality, modular, and reusable code using React.js. Implement web components and ensure accessibility standards (a11y) are met. Optimize frontend performance and reduce build time. Work closely with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences. Debug UI issues, including flickering components. Implement localization and handle challenges related to right-to-left (RTL) languages. Manage state using Redux and handle API integrations effectively. Migrate and maintain React applications with both Class-based and Functional components. Handle exception management and ensure robust error-handling mechanisms.
