Job Description
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CX Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 12 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP CRM on Prem/SAP C4C/SAP Service or Sales Cloud modules. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP CX functionalities, proven implementation experience, and the ability to integrate SAP solutions with third-party applications. Key Responsibilities : SAP CX Configuration & Implementation : - Lead and participate in the configuration and implementation of SAP CRM on Prem, SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Sales Cloud modules. - Conduct workshops and gather business requirements to design and configure SAP CX solutions. - Perform system configuration, customization, and testing to meet business needs. - Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP implementation methodologies. Full Cycle Implementations : - Participate in and lead at least two full cycle implementations of SAP CX modules. - Manage all phases of the implementation, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. B2B Integration : - Design and implement B2B integrations between SAP CX solutions and third-party applications. - Utilize integration tools and technologies (e.g, APIs, middleware) to ensure seamless data exchange. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. SAP Certification & Expertise : - Maintain and leverage SAP certifications in SAP Service Cloud, Field Service Management (FSM), and SAP S4. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CX releases and functionalities. - Provide expert advice and guidance on SAP CX best practices. Documentation & Training : - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. - Perform testing and quality assurance. Collaboration & Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Work in an agile environment. Qualifications : - Experience : 6 to 12 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP CRM on Prem/SAP C4C/SAP Service or Sales Cloud modules. - SAP Certification : SAP certification in SAP Service Cloud, Field Service Management (FSM), and SAP S4 is highly desirable. - Implementation Experience : Proven experience in at least two full cycle implementations of SAP CX modules. - Integration Skills : Strong experience in B2B integration between SAP and third-party applications. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of SAP CX functionalities and configurations. - Experience with SAP integration tools and technologies (e.g, APIs, middleware). - Knowledge of SAP development tools (e.g, ABAP) is a plus. - Knowledge of data migration. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in specific industries relevant to the company's business. - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). - Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g, SAP S/4HANA).
