We are looking for our future result-driven Global Finance Director F/M to play a pivotal role in Laurastar's growth and international expansion. Based in Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland, and reporting directly to the co-CEO, she/he will lead a skilled finance team and be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy across all markets. Role • Lead Laurastar’s global financial operations to build a forward-looking and agile organization. • Manage and develop finance, accounting, and controlling teams across multiple locations. • Collaborate closely with key departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, CS and IT) to support strategic projects, financial planning, and drive performance. • Represent Laurastar in key relationships with external stakeholders (banks, board, auditors, partners). • Role is based at the Laurastar HQ in Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland. • Reporting directly to the co-CEO, with participation in the Laurastar Executive Management Team Key activities • Define and execute the Laurastar Group financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial capacity. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring across all business units. • Manage monthly and annual closings, financial consolidation, reporting, fiscality and internal controls for 6 group entities. • Lead cash flow management, treasury strategy, and banking relationships. • Actively support IT tool development and adoption in collaboration with both Finance and IT team (such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, FCCS, Salesforce or Qlik). • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards • Supervise and enhance financial processes, tools, and KPIs to support the company’s future growth. Qualifications • Proven experience (min 5 years) in a senior financial role, ideally in an international SME or subsidiary of a group in Switzerland. • Higher education such as Swiss Certified Expertise in Finance & Controlling or equivalent with knowledge of Swiss GAAP • Strong leadership and team management competencies with exceptional communication and presentation skills. • English & French: strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication; German is a plus. • Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle is a plus), financial tools, and modern IT tools such MS360 and AI platforms. • Willingness to travel internationally.
