IT-Techniker/in IT and Telecom Infrastructure technician About Our Client: Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team, playing a crucial role in the commissioning and maintenance of their clients' IT and telecom infrastructure. Your technical expertise and commitment to service will ensure the reliability and security of the ICT systems entrusted to them. Key Responsibilities: Conducting on-site interventions at client locations Installing computer and VoIP systems Providing maintenance and customer support both remotely and on-site Updating documentation for customer infrastructures Identifying client needs during technical visits Coordinating infrastructure migration projects Frequent travel across western Switzerland (vehicle provided) Qualifications: Diploma as an IT specialist, with higher education in IT or equivalent qualifications preferred Strong multidisciplinary technical skills in IT systems Basic knowledge of network and security components, and Microsoft platforms in on-premise, virtualized, or cloud environments Independent and precise work style with a structured, solution-oriented approach Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and English; knowledge of French is advantageous For this position, driving licence is mandatory If you match the technical requirement and like to act as main IT contact for several clients in different locations (daily travel to client sites) apply now ! jid1f589e8afr jit0519afr
