Senior Administrator

JOB TITLE: Senior Administrator ROLE TYPE: Permanent, full time (hybrid after completion of probation) LOCATION: Hertford, Hertfordshire (UK) HOURS/DAYS (per week): 5 Days, Monday to Friday SALARY RANGE: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) NOTICE & PROBATION PERIODS: 3 months BENEFITS/BONUSES/HOLIDAYS: 28 days holiday 10% Bonus target COMPANY CULTURE & SUMMARY: My client work in the Financial planning space, and they're looking for a proactive and committed Senior Administrator to join their lovely office space in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Their clients are at the centre of everything that happens within the business, therefore, delivering a professional service is key for this firm to continue building long-lasting relationships with their clients. JOB ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): - Provide end-to-end administrative support to advisers and clients - Process new business applications and manage ongoing client servicing tasks - Prepare client review packs and manage meeting scheduling - Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain accurate records - Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Support onboarding, training, and supervision of junior admin staff - Maintain and update systems and back-office software - Monitor and follow up on business pipelines and outstanding actions - Assist with reporting, MI, and data management ANY SPECIFIC TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous work in financial services/ financial advice is desirable, but not necessary. Full UK Right to Work (no sponsorships provided) Strong communication skills, in person, over the phone and via email. Good knowledge and experience on Microsoft packages.
